AV Innoparc is a member of the association „Angestellte Schweiz“. As the largest contracting party, Employee Switzerland is one of the sponsors of the collective employment agreement (GAV) together with other partners. As a member of our house association, you can indirectly participate in the implementation of the GAV. This contract regulates the interaction between employer and employee. The collective employment contract is always seen as a guarantee for the much-praised industrial peace in Switzerland. In today’s world, when many things are being questioned, reorganized and changed, it gives us employees a certain level of protection. But it also gives us the opportunity to have a say and have a say. It is the responsibility of the elected board members to exercise these rights and obligations.
